Mr. K.B. S. Anand will be the new MD & CEO of Asian Paints

Asian Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 21, 2011, has decided that Mr. K. B. S. Anand - President Decorative Business Unit, will take over as the Managing Director & CEO, effective April 01, 2012 from Mr. P. M. Murty - Managing Director & CEO, who retires on March 31, 2012.
