Asian Paints Safe Painting Service

  • The On-Time completion is subject to work getting started on the expected start date as agreed with Customer Associate and which would have been communicated through SMS.

  • The customer shall make the site available free from all hindrances, exclusively to the Applicators for carrying out the said works, until completion. All deadlines for project completion are subject to your handing over the site fit to start painting work. Asian Paints or the Authorized Dealer will not be held liable for any delay due to delay in handing over the site or attributable to intervention of some other agency such as carpenter, plumber, civil contractor, electrician etc. The site is to be made available for the full working hours in a day. 

  • The proposed completion date agreed and communicated in the SMS is subject to the information of any break in service provided by you at the time of availing the service which is mentioned above. Any further break in service from your side will require an execution of a fresh site completion date.

  • “Break in service” is defined as:- 

    • any act of intervention or temporary discontinuance from your side which renders the site not available to us for work during the working hours. 

    • additional time taken in completing the work (especially waterproofing service) due to general weather conditions like moisture content, exposure to sunlight etc. which is not under our control 

    • additional time taken in completing the work (for dark shades) which might require application of additional coat of paint 

  • “Working hours” is defined as total of 8 working hours on all the days in a month. 

  • Asian Paints or the Authorized Dealer will not be liable directly or indirectly for any delay in completion of work resulting from circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, epidemic, acts of vandalism, acts of war, terrorism, riots, governmental or regulatory decisions, refusal of licenses, civil disorders, rebellions, strikes, lockouts (individually each being a “Force Majeure Event”). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, the time for the performance shall be extended by a period which shall be mutually agreed by both the parties.   

  • Any delay in completion of work arising due to extension of scope / new commitment will necessitate both the parties to agree afresh about the change in site completion date.

  • The right to decide the time and quality of finish will rest with Asian Paints and will be subject to general paint application practices as prescribed by Asian Paints. 

  • This offer is not valid on sites that involve Waterproofing, using any waterproofing products of Asian Paints and/or sites that involve procurement of Wall-coverings included but not limited to Nilaya-by asianpaints.

  • All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only. 

  • The solution offered by Asian Paints Limited includes complimentary painting advisory comprising measurement of the area of the house to be painted, evaluation of the surface to be painted and recommendation of a suitable painting system, providing of a preliminary estimate and introduction of a trained painting contractor to the customer.

  • Asian Paints does not act as a service provider. Asian Paints has limited control over the painting services delivered by the Contractor and Asian Paints makes only a sincere attempt to assist and guide the customers in order to avail best service and hence does not take responsibility of suitability, reliability, timeliness, or accuracy of the painting services provided by the Contractor. Therefore, in no event Asian Paints shall be liable or responsible in any way for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive action arising out of your availing the services offered on this platform. Asian Paints only acts as a bridge between the customer, dealer and the Contractor, and it is entirely left upon the customer and the dealer to work out the modalities of executing the work.

  • Customer Associate may coordinate through SMS, emails, or other communications to schedule a time for the Contractor to attend to the Customer's request. You must notify us immediately if you decide to cancel your request, preferably by phone/email.
