The inception of Asian Paints Home solutions was a step towards integrating our offering to the customer by providing him a total painting service instead of just selling paint. We envisaged a professional painting service from Asian Paints Limited that will set benchmarks in the painting segment for painting procedures and best practices. Thus started Asian Paint Home Solutions. It was started in Hyderabad towards the end of 2000.
Since then we have expanded into 12 cities in India and are proud to service 30,000 customers in the last few years. For us the biggest challenge has been meeting the high customer expectations that arise due to brand equity of Asian Paints in all these markets.
Hence the focus has been to ensure the quality of painting and service provided. APHS aims at becoming one of the best service brands to customers across all services and not just painting. Our customers might forget the brand purchased, but will not forget the service experienced.
To provide a "highly satisfactory" painting experience to a large number of consumers through a professional painting service and hence create high customer loyalty and advocacy for the Asian Paints brand.
To reduce the inconvenience from painting and increase the consumers association of painting with home décor, and build a service brand of Asian Paints, comparable to any of the admired service brands in the country.
To interact closely with the end consumer and all users (painters / contractors) and recognize the problems / opportunities in the field and take suitable action to meet those requirements.
