The rates across all our painting systems offered are priced scientifically keeping in mind the recommended painting systems desirable for a high quality of finish. There is a transparent process to ensure that you pay as per a standard rate card and final quotes are based on authentic measurements. The costs overall are reasonable, given the value-added elements that the service is designed to deliver.

The Home Solutions service provider is the authorized service provider appointed in a particular city area to attend to your painting needs. The business model is designed for service delivery through its set of authorized service providers for effective response and service delivery to customers.Since the service providers undertake the painting jobs representing APHS, the cheques are to be made in his name. You can be assured that Asian Paints Limited is closely involved in the entire process and is firmly behind the delivery promise of the service.

We appreciate your concern however we do not wish to disturb you at interim periods for procurement of product & implements. Also there is no hidden cost, we operate on fixed rate cards, if there is no change in the paintable area then the cost remains fixed as committed, hence you can be rest assured that the amount committed to you will not be exceeded.

Our payment policy is as follows:

For net PE value equal to or less than Rs. 40,000/-

100% advance through single cheque/DD (current date to enable immediate finalisation of a PE)

For net PE value over Rs. 40,000/-

• Advance of Rs. 40,000 through a single cheque (current date to enable immediate finalisation of a PE)
• PDC of balance amount through a single cheque (dated not later than 10 days from current date)

However single advance or current dated cheques are also accepted. Our policy might be revised without prior notice.

As a policy we do not accept cash. Hence you are requested to make payments through cheque/DD only.

Home Solutions have trained Relationship Associates who are individually responsible for the quality of job executed at your home. He will monitor progress on the site & take corrective action to ensure that application procedures match Asian Paints standards.

Your payment to Home Solutions covers the entire contract for material as well as labour for the painting job to be executed at your site. You do not need to pay any extra amount to the applicator.

However we would like to inform you that any service not mentioned in our rate card is not under our purview.
eg:- We do not undertake services like POP, Waterproofing, French Polish etc.

Home Solutions representatives will visit the site along with the authorized applicator. Before starting the painting work, he will prepare the work schedule which will provide you info with respect to dates as to when a particular room will be taken for painting & the date when painting would be completed. The work schedule will be pasted at the site & progress of work can be tracked online. Your Relationship Associate will commit a completion date to you based on this schedule.

We have standard rate cards specific to the locations we service, for different product painting systems which give the final consumer rate in Rs./ square feet for each of the systems offered. Since it is an overall service which covers all related service delivery areas,no separate breakup of costs is furnished.
