We are pleased to introduce Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions, a pioneering
painting service from Asia’s topmost paint manufacturing company. Asian Paints

Home Solutions was launched in the year 2000.
The service is designed to deliver a pleasurable experience and take the pain out of painting process.
Our Team will visits the premises which need to be painted and will offer advice on products, prices and colors to be used. A detailed site-evaluation is carried out to apprise you of any defects present in the surface. This is useful in taking preparatory measures and precautions to ensure longevity of the painted surface.
Once the contract of painting is signed, the site is handed over to our Relationship Associate who not only supervises the painting process, but also acts as a single point of contact to meet all your needs. The painting job is carried out by trained applicators who have been certified by Asian Paints after diligent training and evaluation.

- X-press Painting:- X-Press Painting service has been launched with the objective of providing faster painting services to customers who would otherwise postpone painting of their homes. We have a 3 days and 7 days completion package.
Terms & Conditions
- All Payments for the Sales Order need to be made in advance, work shall commence after receipt of the said amounts in the form of a current dated A/C Payee cheques or Demand Draft only or E Payment (NEFT / Credit card / Debit Card).
- All rates are inclusive of VAT and Service Tax as applicable on the date of Sales Order. Any change in the taxes as on date of Invoice will be borne by customer.
- Payment should be done in favor of Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions Service Provider (HSSP) as mentioned on Quotation. We do not accept cash payment or cash deposit in HSSP Bank account.
- The HSSP reserves the right to stop the said work if amount is not credited in the account prior to commencement of work.
- Sales Order will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this Sales Order, unless the Estimated Closure Date mentioned in the Sales Order exceeds 30 days.
- Sales order will cover only the areas mentioned in this copy. Any amendment / changes to the said Sales Order will be carried out only upon issuance of a fresh Sales Order by the HSSP.
- Customer shall make the site available, free form all hindrances, exclusively to the applicators for carrying out the said works, until completion. All deadlines for project completion are subject to the customer handing over the site fit to start painting work. HSSP will not be held liable for any delay due to delay in handing over the site or attributable to intervention on some other agency such as carpenter, plumber, civil contractor, etc.
- Painting methodology as highlighted in the Sales Order shall be followed.
- For all jobs executed by the HSSP, a warranty certificate shall be issued by Asian Paints. The warranty will be 1 year or 3 years or 5 years sliding, based on the finish selected in the Sales Order.
- For work related to waterproofing, Asian Paints Liability shall only be restricted to the areas where treatment has been done with Asian Paints Smart Care range of products. All other areas, where such a treatment has not been carried out, shall be outside the purview of Asian Paints warranty. Warranty will also lapse if the source of the leakage is not sealed by customer before the commencement of the work.
- Please refer to the warranty document to understand the warranty terms and conditions for all products.
- The Warranty Certificate and the final Invoice issued by the HSSP is given to the Customer after completion of the said work.
- All claims for rework during the warranty period shall be subject to inspection of site by authorized Asian Paints and /or HSSP Representatives.
- Liability is limited to repainting the affected areas only, which is subject to the Warranty terms and conditions.
- Asian Paints or the HSSP are not liable for any direct or indirect responsibility save and except what is mentioned herein.
- Aforesaid terms and conditions are not subject to any change unless duly amended or altered by Asian Paints in writing.
- The customer is requested to take due care of all valuable items, documents, jewelry etc while the painting work is on. Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions will not be responsible for loss, misplacement or breakage of any such item.
- All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction only.
- Kindly retain this document for all future communications.
- Refund Policy: Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions will not provide refund of money to the Customer in any circumstances. Warranty is restricted to repainting the site only.
- Cancellation: Once service is booked and Payment is made, cancellation is not allowed.
- This warranty shall lapse in case of any outstanding from customer, either full or any part thereof.
- Any repair, structural corrections or surface preparation will not extend the warranty period specified in warranty card.
- Any subsequent repairs, structural works or civil works after the execution of the painting works, that may have resulted in any defects, water seepage or leakage or dampness shall make the warranty void.
- Proof in form of invoice of Authorized Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions Service Provider needs to be furnished along with any claim.
- Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject any claim and its decision will be final and binding upon the party.
- The customer is requested to take due care of all valuable items, documents, jewelry etc while the painting work is on. Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions will not be responsible for loss, misplacement or breakage of any such item.
- All claims shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
- STANDARD WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITION : SCOPE AND EXTENT OF WARRANTY
- This is a limited warranty for Material and Workmanship only and the same shall constitute the sole and only liability of Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions. It shall not cover consequential loss, injury or damage to the customer.
- This warranty is applicable for the site painted by Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions
- For every Sales Order separate warranty will be issued.
- The warranty will be effective from date of completion of painting job for that Sales Order. The same warranty document can have sliding warranty of 1 year to 10 years depending on the products used.
- For different products, following Warranty shall apply:

to the works shall be solely limited to the below:

From month 61 to month 84 15% From month 85 to month 120 10% The above shall be the Customer’s exclusive and sole remedy with respect to the works executed.
- For work related to water proofing, Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions Liability shall only be restricted to the areas where treatment has been done with Asian Paints Smart Care range of products. On this 1 year warranty shall be provided by Asian Paints. All other areas, where such a treatment has not been carried out, shall be outside the purview of Asian Paints warranty. Warranty will also lapse if the source of the leakage is not sealed by customer before the commencement of the work. 60 liters of Smart Care Damp Proof usage is required for claiming 5 years sliding warranty.
- For Nilaya Wall Covering, the warranty covers adhesion failure of the wall covering. This means that when used correctly with the right surface preparation & the recommended Nilaya adhesive, Ezycolour Home Solutions guarantees that the wall covering shall not peel off for a period of three years and hence, there is a 3 year sliding warranty on Nilaya wall coverings. Also in case of a Paintable Wall Covering , paint product applied on the top will have the product warranty as mentioned above in the table
- Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions will facilitate the repainting of the site as per the warranty terms, i.e. replacement paint and labour charges only. Any surface preparation shall be out of the purview of this warranty.
- Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions reserves the right to carry out any inspection of the paint job in case of a complaint.
- Any claim made in terms of this warranty shall be made within 30 days of the customer discovering any defect, damage or failure which gives rise to a claim.
- The consumer shall forthwith notify Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions of the claim providing full details thereof, and shall set out the basis on which it believes that Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions is liable in terms of the warranty.
- Where any claim arises during the Warranty period, the period will not start afresh after settlement of the claim.
- Replacement cost is the cost per square feet of the painting system required to rework and applicable as on the date of rework. Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions shall be liable to bear only the percentage of replacement cost as per the post painting period mentioned above. The remaining cost shall be borne by the customer. The replacement shall be restricted to rework on the site for the affected areas only.
- WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATION
- Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions shall not assume any liability if customer claims warranty service after warranty period.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the site.
- For wood finishes
- There shall be NO warranty on movable furniture or wooden surfaces exposed to continuous seepage.
- Normal wear and tear like, scratch marks, yellowing over a period of time, paints chipping from Wooden joints and edges are also out of warranty purview.
- Warranty shall be void in following events -
- Dampness or presence of moisture, if moisture treatment has not been carried out by Asian Paints Smart Care range of products, for the affected areas or if the area is prone to continuous seepage. In case of moisture treatment done by Asian Paints Smartcare Dampblock, a warranty of 1 year shall apply for the affected areas only, where the treatment has been done. In this case, the concerned product warranty for the given area where damp-block has been applied with will stand void.
- Fungal or algal growth
- Structural and joint cracks
- Natural calamities such as earthquakes, cyclones, fire, tempest
- Vandalism.
- Failure or defects in the structure, moss and other vegetative growth, excessive bird droppings/spitting, water leakage and seepage within the building structure and continuous dampness of the surface, staining due to plant pots.
- Acts of God or Force Majeure
- Abuse or negligence by the Customer
- Under any and all circumstances, Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions’ entire liability for indemnification or breach of warranty shall not be greater than the total amount paid by customer to Asian Paints Ezycolour Home Solutions under the particular Sales Order for painting work.
