Asian Paints - Painter Token Scheme
Terms and Conditions:
1. The Asian Paints Painter Token Scheme (“Scheme”) conducted by Asian Paints Limited (“Asian Paints”) is open for all the painters (“Painters”) who are Indian nationals above 18 years of age and buy Asian Paints products covered under this scheme from authorised Asian Paints Limited Dealers (“Dealers”).
2. The Scheme is valid through Dealers having their stores Pan India.
3. Painter can redeem the token value at dealer store subjected to dealer willingness and Asian Paints Ltd has no role to play in the transaction between the painter and the dealer. Painter scheme is applicable on bulk packs i.e. 10 litre and 20 litre packs of the products covered under this Scheme, i.e. Ace Exterior Emulsion, Ace Advance Exterior Emulsion, Tractor Emulsion, Tractor Advance Emulsion, Tractor Emulsion – Shyne, and TruCare Interior Primer (Water Based) and scan the barcode using MS Scanner App with the help of the Dealer/APL employee.
This token is non-transferable, and Painter can’t assign/transfer same.
4. Only Asian Paints authorized Dealers will be entitled to extend this scheme to painters.
5. Asian Paints reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Scheme and all aspects thereof (including the terms and conditions), with or without prior notice.
6. Unless Painter has already informed not to send marketing communication, he/she may receive marketing communications from Asian Paints as a result of participating in the Scheme.
7. All entries to the Scheme become the property of Asian Paints and Asian Paints may use the Painter’s names, addresses and photographs for promotional and marketing purposes.
8. Decision of Asian Paints on all aspects of the Scheme shall be final and binding.
9. Participation in the Scheme implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Scheme mentioned.
10. This Scheme shall be subject to the prevailing statutory laws of India (including applicable tax laws). Any dispute arising out of this promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
