Located on the outskirts of Ludhiana, amidst a plush green surrounding is Elysium, a European themed home away from home. A 3 storey modern home that boasts of an old-world European charm, the residence instantly brings a sense of calm within you as you step foot into it. The idea was to offer the residents a peaceful habitat that they would love to come back to after a long day. While living in Ludhiana offered them the convenience of city life, Elysium was their respite away from the chaos.

Designing a holiday home is always a special project because the clients have an idea about what they want it to look like and are always open to experiment. When Sood Builders were commissioned to work on this recreational home, they were happy to work with clients who fully trusted their vision and insights. To do justice to the European theme of the house, hand picked natural stones from Europe were brought in and used in the interiors.

When asked about the biggest challenge that the team faced while working on the project, Mr. Sood said, “The biggest challenge for us was to fulfill the needs of the client, as it was a dream project for him. This project was like a holiday home for him, where he wanted to spend his leisure time with his family. We are glad that our client was very much satisfied with our work and supported us in our journey.”
