This is to bring to the notice of all concerned that Asian Paints Ltd and its group companies follow a merit based employee selection process system. We do not charge/accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers who have applied or wish to apply to us.

We have come across instances wherein some unscrupulous people disguising themselves as recruitment agencies are indulging in running an employment scam and are deceiving the public at large. The employment scam is being carried out by impersonating the name of the Company, and by wrongful use and forgery of the Company's letter heads, logo and Trademarks. The job seekers may receive calls and messages 'Short Message Service' (sms) stating that there are various job openings in the Company and such other companies of repute. These unscrupulous people may further call upon the job seekers to make remittances of monies to the bank accounts notified by them. They may conduct telephonic interviews, impersonating the names of the Company's officials, and upon the receipt of monies from these job seekers email them fake job offer letters, on forged letter heads created fraudulently in the name of the Company, communicating to them fake date and place of joining. These unscrupulous persons are not only cheating the public at large but are also tarnishing the name and reputation of the Company.

We continue to take strict legal action against these persons and advice the public in general to strictly refrain from remitting any payments and/or dealing with them. Please take note that the Company does not solicit any payments with respect to any jobs offered by them and any person dealing with such agencies shall be dealing at their sole risks and consequences and the Company disowns and absolves itself of any liability, costs or consequences emanating out of such dealings by the job seekers.
