The Reddy Residence in Hyderabad is a renovation project where an existing space was transformed into a vibrant new home.

Sitting serene with nature.

The Reddy villa uses Royale Emulsion paint on the interior walls and accents in muted shades to make sure the spaces are poised and not too vivid. Wood is one of the primary elements of design in the Reddy residence; it looks striking in the bedroom.

The dining area is designed beautifully with Royale Luxury Emulsion on the interior wall finishes alongside exposed brick. The kitchen is minimal with the platform wall clad in Brazilian granite interjected with glass mosaic on the hob.

Reddy Villa infuses nature through motifs and plants inside. The open kitchen-cum-dining space is vibrant and uses light-coloured materials on the floor and the walls. The walls are finished smoothly with Royale Luxury Emulsion.

The kitchen and dining areas are central to the overall design of Reddy Villa. The client wished for a seamless connection between the foyer, living, dining and kitchen which was achieved using flooring, and a mix of solid and patterned tiles.

Polished in WoodTech Melamyne, the wood makes a statement as do the floral upholstery and the handcrafted floor tiles. The wall, finished in Asian Paints Royale Luxury Emulsion is an apt backdrop for the assortment of patterns and colours.

Brick, wood, handcrafted tiles and leather are the primary materials, overlaid with a palette of green, yellow and blue. The imposing grey wall and the glorious olive green sofa become the focus while the vivid patterns add emphasis.

The staircase is a beautiful blend of Eta Gold Marble and patterned Spanish tiles. The black-and-white Spanish tiles offset a space that is abundantly adorned with colourful floor tiles and upholstered furniture.
