VD – “The spacious and luxurious Villa Nostalgia stands high on style and grandiosity. One step into the house, and you are arrested with its minimalism. It offers the perfect palatial getaway from the bustling city life. As per our client’s brief, we wanted to add the element of natural light streaming into the house that accentuates the design further.” The two-storeyed villa homes five bedrooms, a home theatre, play areas (indoor and outdoor), a pool and a spa.
“After several deliberations and discussions with the client, we created this masterpiece that eulogizes the inhabitants' varied personalities. Privacy of the residents being at the core of our design, we created a premium space reminiscent of a simple yet majestic palace. The entrance foyer serves as a sort of decompression space before moving to the other rooms on the floor. To up the ante of the décor in the living room and foyer, we used Asian Paints’ Woodtech Insignia that helped achieve the royal impact we wished to create.”
VD – “We have been associated with Asian Paints for a long time and rely on the quality of products and impeccable service. With various finishes and hues to choose from, Asian Paints gave us the choice to pick products that enhance our designs. Even though this project required a basic neutral palette, the client was extremely particular about the products used. Asian Paints’ Apex Ultima was picked for the exterior walls for its durability and its resistance to dirt.”
“When talking about the versatility of design and the products used, we can’t help but highlight how Asian Paints’ Nilaya Wallpapers helped us achieve the exemplary contemporary design. The seamless interweaving of luxury and functionality stands out through the different wall coverings used in the rooms and the lobby.”
