Our warranty includes 10 years for Ess Ess and Bathsense, 12 years for Royale Bathrooms, and 25 years for Canvas surface coatings. Warranty includes servicing as well as provision of free parts. Our 140+ technicians are present pan India at zero cost of servicing.

Hydrophobic or water-repellent coating is used in our Canvas range of Matte Red and Matte Black products. This coating has a higher contact angle as compared to normal chrome-plated brass faucets. This leads to a higher tendency to repel water from the surface and ensures there is no hard water scaling or spots, the surface remains clean and germ-free, and there is high corrosion resistance.

Our products are made from the highest quality raw materials such as – DCB Grade 2 Brass, 3/4^th inch spindles, superior cartridges – and undergo rigorous quality checks.
