Sanjay Luxury Villa by Magic Oxide Design Studio is a statuesque residence surrounded by massive gardens, sculptures and water features. The design uses natural materials like timber, stone and metal amply throughout. Every room opens out to an outdoor area. The seamlessness between inside and outside was a challenge to achieve as Gandhidham has extreme weather conditions and severely hot summers. Yet the home hosts large openings and paves way for a luxurious and welcoming feeling.

Sanjay Luxury Villa is a statuesque residence that is surrounded by massive gardens, sculptures and free flowing water features. The use of Asian Paints Apex Ultima on the external walls resists ultraviolet radiation, binds colour effectively, prevents algae and dark spots and is also dirt-resistant making it the perfect companion and backdrop to the elaborately designed outdoors.

The interior and exterior wall finishes and palettes are chosen to accentuate the openness around the house. WoodTech Emporio PU is used on the furniture to bring out the rich colours and textures of the wood.

The home has plenty of open areas within which are further underlined by timber, stone and metal. A coat of the WoodTech Emporio PU endows the furniture with exceptional clarity and strength.
