Designing a space to uplift the products

When the Turquoise Studio, an ethnic apparel store, approached Ar. Sonaly and her firm Acme Architectz, the client had given full liberty of designing the store as per Sonaly’s vision. Bearing the elements of the store in mind, she chose the Victorian Indian theme that complemented the outfits at the Turquoise Studio that were classy, Indian and chic. Asian Paints played a perfect partner for her vision, as the Royal Matte colours were an exceptional canvas to highlight the ethnic apparel

An amalgamation of
concept and the colour
Ar. Sonaly Mahajan explains how the Indian and ethnic aspect of the store was depicted in the designs with the amalgamation of the chandelier, arches, shelves and complemented with a classy pastel colour. “I was looking for a specific colour in green, and I could only find it at Asian Paints. This gorgeous pastel matte colour from the Emporio Palette is the principal element of this store which truly brings out a Victorian vibe”. This pastel green colour was used on the shelves, dresser, the photo wall, and also on a few decor pieces.
A touch of Asian Paints
in every corner
Since the team made use of the Asian Paints products in every corner of the studio, we asked them what made them stick to the brand, to which Sonaly mentioned, “The diverse range of the material, supreme quality, finishing of the colours and the perfect match in the shades is what makes my firm and me an Asian Paints loyalist.”
