A haven of contemporary aesthetics, The Marwah residence is a luxurious and warm home located in the posh neighbourhood of Jasola Vihar, New Delhi. Washed in opulent shades of white and gold, the place takes into account the character of its occupants. The designer uses subtle finishes of Royale Luxury Emulsion and Advanced Emulsion on accent walls, while Nilaya Wall coverings add some drama to the rooms.

The duplex residence embodies a refined use of materials and strong silhouettes that offer both comfort and lavishness.

The client’s dream of their abode perfectly complements our brand’s design ethos. The objective was to design a classic and elegant space with awe-inspiring interiors and create a home that arrests you with its warmth.

The luxurious 5BHK house captivates you with its grand yet minimalistic vibe that runs across the space. The lower floor of the two-storeyed residence houses 3 bedrooms, the living area and the kitchen while the upper floor accommodates 2 bedrooms.

Residential design is not akin to follow any set standards. Every house is unique and is designed as per the client’s vision and lifestyle. Keeping in mind individual likes, dislikes, and the overall budget, we create a pleasant space for every resident. We have to overcome the most significant challenge of gauging the client’s style and bringing it to life with finesse.

The Asian Paints’ Nilaya Wallcoverings lend a touch of richness and grace without overpowering the rest of the décor. The extensive range of wallpapers suits all moods, interiors within a set budget.

For this project, instead of cladding the wall entirely with wallpaper, we use it in panels in between mouldings, adding the required glam to the room while maintaining the colour palette.

After the client’s brief and multiple discussions, we decided to inculcate strong strokes of the neo-classical era in our design. Neoclassicism is all about refined luxury – with some incredibly over-the-top finishing touches. For instance, the conspicuous yet classic headboard taking inspiration from the style’s Greco-Roman roots and the striking armchairs make the required bold statement in one of the bedrooms.
