Conceiving a home that can encompass so many varied temperaments takes great skill. And when the task is mastered with aplomb – you can savour a masterpiece called Suncourt House.

Grandiosity reimagined.

When Ace Associates was roped in to make this dream a reality, there was little cognisance of the dimensions of the project. Months of deliberation and heavy lifting finally engendered a house that eulogizes the personalities and miscellany that occupy the home. An outside view of the bungalow divulges an unsurpassed design created with Asian Paints Apex Ultima.

Wood forms the substratum of the house. The pre-eminence of wood in all areas of the house corroborates its overall experience. Much like in other areas of the house, the use of thin wooden strips is not meant merely for a louvred look, but also to build a sense of inscrutability and expectancy.

The dining area betrays a different dimension of the house’s personality. The curvaceousness of the dining table digresses from the staid straightness of the lines conspicuous in all other areas. The enormity of the overhead lights and their burnished metallic finish create another dominant statement here.

The living area is a vision of refinement. The use of teak as a predominant highlight gives the living space an air of impassive opulence.  The sumptuousness of the leather upholstery, the earthiness of the tapestry, and the simplicity of its linear style lend the space an air of authority.
