How to Use Rust Shield DIY Aerosol Spray

Learn how to use Asian Paints EzyCR8 Rust Shield Anti-Rust Clear Spray, a PU based aerosolized paint that inhibits the spread of rust. It gives a rich gloss finish to surfaces.

How to apply

STEP 1

Ensure surface is clean of grease / oil. Sand the surface with Asian Paints TruStar Sanding Paper 180 to remove any loose rust particles.

Shake the can well before use and spray from a distance of 15-20 cms.

STEP 3

Apply 2-3 coats of Asian Paints ezyCR8 Rust Shield in a vertical stroking motion. Recommended time between coats is 1-2 minutes.

STEP 4

Clean spray button after use by inverting the can and spraying 2-3 short bursts. If clogged, rinse nozzle with thinner.
