How to Apply Asian Paints SmartCare AkrylMax Prime?

Clean the surface thoroughly to remove dust, loose particles, oil, and grease. Ensure the surface is sound and dry.
For highly porous substrates, use diluted AkrylMax Prime as a primer. For interiors, apply Asian Paints Decoprime water-based primer, and for exteriors, use Exterior Primer.
Cut the nozzle and tip of the cartridge at a 45-degree angle based on the joint size and dimensions.
Apply the sealant using a sealant gun to achieve a consistent application.
Use a pallet knife or a wet finger to tool the surface and remove air bubbles for a smooth finish.
For butt joints, apply a second coat of the sealant after allowing the first coat to dry for at least six hours.
Before top coating, use appropriate primers – Decoprime for interiors and Exterior Primer for external surfaces.
