WoodTech Emporio PU Acrylic offers a range of finishes, including matt, semi-gloss, and gloss, along with 11 translucent interior stains and 6 exterior stains. This versatility allows you to achieve the perfect look for any design style.
How to Apply WoodTech Emporio PU Acrylic?
1. Step 1: Surface Preparation
Sand the surface using sandpaper no. 320 and wipe it clean to remove any dust or residues.
2. Step 2: First Coat Application
Apply WoodTech Emporio PU Acrylic Sealer as the first coat using a spray gun.
Ensure the proper mixing ratio of Base to Hardener (5:1).
Allow 3–4 hours of drying time before sanding with sandpaper no. 320/400.
3. Step 3: Second Coat Application
Repeat the process with another coat of WoodTech Emporio PU Acrylic Sealer for enhanced adhesion.
4. Step 4: Top Coat Application
Choose either WoodTech Emporio PU Acrylic Matt or Gloss, depending on the desired finish.
Mix the product as instructed, apply evenly, and allow the coat to dry for 3–4 hours.
Sand with the appropriate grit (if required) and reapply for an even finish.
5. Step 5: Optional Third Coat
For deeper protection or more aesthetic appeal, apply a third top coat, ensuring proper sanding and cleaning in between.
