How to Apply WoodTech Emporio PU White?
Pre-Painting Steps
- Step One: Cleaning

- Step Three: Insulating (Optional)
- Step Four: Dent Filling
Ensure the wooden surface is seasoned (10–15% moisture) and thoroughly cleaned of dust, oil, and grease. Ventilate the application area and keep all tools free from moisture or contaminants.
Sand the surface along the wood's grain using sandpaper no. 180, then follow with finer grit papers (320 or 400). Wipe off any residual dust.
Apply 1–2 coats of WoodTech Epoxy Insulator to block oil and resin emissions. This step is highly effective for plywood, veneers, and MDF surfaces.
Correct surface imperfections by applying WoodTech Filler with a putty knife. Sand smooth after drying before proceeding to the paint application.

Apply the first coat of WoodTech Emporio PU White Sealer with a spray gun, mixing it in a 2:1 ratio with the hardener. Dry for 3–4 hours, then sand with 320/400 grit paper.
Apply the second coat of PU White Sealer, following the same process. Ensure a smooth surface by sanding lightly after drying.
For the first topcoat, mix WoodTech Emporio PU White Matt or Glossy in the specified ratios (2:1 for Matt, 1:1 for Glossy) and apply evenly. Allow drying for 3–4 hours.
Apply additional topcoats as needed for the desired finish. Sand lightly between coats to achieve a seamless, sleek result.
