How to Apply WoodTech Emporio Regal Clear?
- Step 1: Cleaning
- Step 2: Sanding
- Step 3: Insulating (Optional)
- Step 4: Dent Filling
- Step 5: Sealer Application
- Step 6: Second Coat Sealer
- Step 7: Topcoat Application
Ensure the wood surface is clean, seasoned, and free of impurities, with its moisture content between 10% and 15%.
Sand along the wood grains with sandpaper no. 180, followed by 320 or 400, and then clean to remove all dust.
Apply 1–2 coats of WoodTech Epoxy Insulator to seal oils and resins in the wood and reduce paint absorption.
Use WoodTech Filler with a putty knife for any dents and imperfections on the surface.
Apply the first coat of WoodTech Emporio Regal Clear Sealer using a spray gun, maintaining a base-to-hardener ratio of 2:1. Dry for 4–5 hours, sand with 320/400, and clean the surface.
Apply a second coat of WoodTech Emporio Regal Clear Sealer, and follow the same drying and sanding process as above.
Spray the first coat of WoodTech Emporio Regal Clear Matt, Satin, or Gloss, ensure uniform coverage, and allow it to dry for 4–5 hours.
Sand lightly if required, and apply a second coat based on finish preference.
