How to Apply WoodTech PU Palette Interior?
Pre-Painting Steps

Ensure the wood is seasoned with a moisture content of 10–15%. Clean the surface of all dust, grease, or contaminants to enable proper adhesion. Ventilate the workspace to avoid contamination during application.
Sand the wooden surface along the grain using sandpaper no. 180, followed by 320 or 400 grit. Clean off all loose dust particles to ensure smooth application.
Apply 1–2 coats of WoodTech Epoxy Insulator to seal oils or resins on plywood, MDF, or veneer. This step reduces paint absorption and improves the final finish.
Use WoodTech Filler to repair any dents or surface irregularities. Apply evenly using a putty knife, allow to dry, and sand smooth before proceeding.

Apply the first coat of WoodTech PU Palette Primer Surfacer (1025) mixed in a 90:10 ratio (base to hardener). Use a spray gun for an even application. Allow drying for 4–5 hours before sanding lightly with 320/400 grit paper.
Apply the second coat of the primer in the same manner, ensuring uniform coverage. Again, allow it to dry completely before sanding.
For the first topcoat, mix WoodTech PU Palette Interior Glossy or Satin (0085/1002) with hardener in the specified ratio (90:10 for Gloss, 80:20 for Satin). Spray evenly and allow to dry for 12 hours.
Apply a second topcoat or additional coats as needed for the desired coverage and finish. Lightly sand between coats to ensure a seamless and professional result.
