Introduction To Ace Advanced
Asian Paints Ace Advanced Exterior Emulsion is a water-based exterior wall finish with silicon additives and improved anti-algal properties suitable for dry to moderately humid climatic conditions.
Why Choose Ace Advanced?
Ace Advanced offers excellent resistance to chalking, cracking and weathering in comparison to cement paint. Its modified acrylic binder ensures that paint stays on your wall longer than cement paint.
Better Anti-algal Performance
Ace Advanced provides better anti-algal protection than cement paint especially in dry to moderately humid climatic conditions.
Clean Shades
Ace Advanced offers vibrant, long-lasting shades that resist fading, surpassing the durability of cement paint shades. It provides excellent coverage, even in deep, rich colors, and is available in a wide selection of over 1500 colour shades.

To accommodate projects of all sizes, Ace Advanced is offered in 1L, 4L, 10L, and 20L packs, so you can choose the right quantity for your home or site.
How to apply Ace Advanced?
Step 1
As an optional preparation step, Asian Paints Wall Putty (0079) is mixed with water to a paste consistency, applied, and requires 4 hours of drying time.
Step 2
Exterior Wall Primer (0065) is mandatory, applied by brush, roller, or spray. It's diluted with water (90-110% for brush/roller, 40-45% for spray) to achieve specific viscosities (15-18 seconds brush, 33 seconds roller, 40-45 seconds spray) and requires 4 hours to dry. For enhanced protection, apply three coats of Ace to horizontal surfaces.
Step 3
For the initial coat of Ace Advanced Exterior Emulsion (0052), use a 75% water dilution, apply with brush, roller, or spray to a 20-25 second viscosity, and wait 4-6 hours before recoating
Step 4
Apply the second coat of Ace Advanced Exterior Emulsion (0052) using the same method and 75% water dilution as the first, maintaining a 20-25 second viscosity. This coat also requires 4-6 hours of drying time. A third coat may be needed for some shades.
