Step 1
As an optional preparation step, Asian Paints Wall Putty (0079) is mixed with water to a paste consistency, applied, and requires 4 hours of drying time.Step 2
Exterior Wall Primer (0065) is mandatory, applied by brush, roller, or spray. It's diluted with water (90-110% for brush/roller, 40-45% for spray) to achieve specific viscosities (15-18 seconds brush, 33 seconds roller, 40-45 seconds spray) and requires 4 hours to dry. For enhanced protection, apply three coats of Ace to horizontal surfaces.Step 3
For the initial coat of Ace Advanced Exterior Emulsion (0052), use a 75% water dilution, apply with brush, roller, or spray to a 20-25 second viscosity, and wait 4-6 hours before recoatingStep 4
Apply the second coat of Ace Advanced Exterior Emulsion (0052) using the same method and 75% water dilution as the first, maintaining a 20-25 second viscosity. This coat also requires 4-6 hours of drying time. A third coat may be needed for some shades.Color Palette Suggestions Using Ace Advanced?
