How to apply Ace Exterior Emulsion?
Step 1
For surface preparation,
Trucare Wall Putty (0079) is prepared with water into a paste and requires 4 hours of drying time. This step is optional.
Step 2
Application of
Exterior Wall Primer (0065) is mandatory, requiring water dilution as per application method and 4 hours of drying. Horizontal surfaces need three coats of Ace Exterior Emulsion for better protection.
Step 3
This step includes the application of the first coat of Asian Paints Ace Exterior Emulsion (0051) thinned with water at 75% for brush, roller, and spray applications, targeting a viscosity of 20-25 seconds, and requiring 4-6 hours of drying time.

This step includes the application of the second coat of Asian Paints Ace Exterior Emulsion finish(0051) thinned with water at 75% for brush, roller, and spray applications, targeting a viscosity of 20-25 seconds, and also requiring 4-6 hours of drying time.
