How to apply Apex Ultima Protek Duralife?

For a fresh coat, the process involves applying a self-priming base coat (1100 code) with a 30% water dilution by volume using a brush or roller, followed by three coats of the same topcoat system with no additional dilution. This step recommends a 4-hour recoating period. For exterior surfaces or substrates that are subjected to continuous seepage or dampness, kindly use Asian Paints SmartCare DampProof, before the top coat application.
For both fresh and repainting scenarios, the same base coat (1100 code) is applied undiluted, again using a brush or roller, with a longer recoating period of 4-6 hours.
This step details the application of two coats of Apex Ultima Protek Duralife topcoat (1100 code) using a brush, spray, or roller. This time, the dilution is 40% with water, achieving a viscosity of 25-30 seconds for brush application and 25-30 seconds for spray application, also with a 4-6 hour recoating period.
