Apex Floor Guard is offered in a range of pack sizes to cater to the varying scopes of your projects. For minor applications or smaller areas, the 1-liter pack is ideal. For standard-sized rooms or moderate projects, the 4-liter pack offers sufficient coverage. And for extensive flooring projects or large commercial spaces, the 20-liter pack provides the necessary volume.
It provides an excellent adhesion to concrete substrate.The strong bond ensures the coating withstands the challenges of fluctuating temperatures, humidity, and the wear and tear of daily use.
Better abrasion resistance provides low wear and tear of the film. This means less frequent maintenance and repainting, leading to substantial cost savings over time.
How to apply Apex Floor Guard?

The first coat of Apex Floor Guard is applied for fresh painting or repainting. The product used has the code 5443, and water is used as the thinner, with a 10-20% dilution. The application is done with a brush, maintaining a viscosity level of 30-40, and once applied, a recoating period of 4 to 6 hours is required before proceeding to the next step.
A second coat of Apex Floor Guard is applied using the same process as the first coat. The same product code 5443 is used, with water as the thinner and a 10-20% dilution. The application follows the same viscosity range of 30-40 with a brush, and the paint requires another 4 to 6 hours of drying time. Additionally, depending on the surface, a third coat may be applied with the same dilution percentage for better coverage and hiding. The recoating period mentioned is based on standard conditions of 25°C temperature and 50% relative humidity, but actual drying times may vary under different environmental conditions.
