How to apply Ace Sparc Ultra?

Step 1 

This involves the optional application of Trucare Wall Putty (product code 0079), mixed with water to form a paste, requiring 4 hours for drying.

Step 2

Before applying Ace Sparc Ultra, a crucial step is to prime the exterior walls with Exterior Wall Primer (0065). This primer must be diluted with water according to the application method—brush, roller, or spray—and allowed to dry for 4 hours. For added protection, especially on horizontal surfaces like window tops and ledges, three coats of Ace Sparc Ultra are recommended. Priming is a required preparatory measure.

Step 3

Apply the first coat of Asian Paints Ace Sparc Ultra (6788), diluted with 75% water for all application methods (brush, roller, and spray). Aim for a viscosity of 20-25 seconds for brush and spray, and 75 seconds for roller application. Allow 4-6 hours for drying.

Step 4

Apply the second coat of Asian Paints Ace Sparc Ultra (6788), diluted with 75% water for all application methods (brush, roller, and spray). Aim for a viscosity of 20-25 seconds for brush and spray, and 75 seconds for roller application. Allow 4-6 hours for drying.
