Asian Paints - return policy

If you wish to refund/replace an item that you purchased on www.asianpaints.com, you may choose to do so in the following manner:

  1. You may choose to refund or replace the item ordered through the return/replace option under my orders on www.asianpaints.com or call us on Asian Paints helpline (1800-209-5678).
  2. The item will be eligible for refund/replace if it falls under one of the following categories.
        a. Damaged item received
        b. Item is missing parts or accessories
        c. Item received is different from what was ordered
        d. Defective item/does not work properly
        e. Item arrived too late
        f.  Performance or quality not adequate

    Kindly mention the same while raising the request on website or to the call centre associate. Any other reason for return will be considered on a case by case basis.

  3. On raising a request for return, you get to choose as to whether you wish to refund the amount paid or replace the material
  4. The helpline will accept the return request and process the same
  5. Once initiated, you need to prepare the package for return. Kindly pack your item securely along with the invoice copy. If you don’t have the original product packaging, a robust box can be used with proper use of newspaper or bubble wrap to ensure no damage to the item.
  6. You will get a call from our shipping partner for reverse pickup of the shipment. Kindly handover the shipment to the concerned personnel when they arrive. You will receive an acknowledgement of the same from our shipping partner.
  7. If you have chosen refund, the refund will be initiated subsequently and you will get the paid amount back within 7 business days of returning the shipment through the same payment method used for the forward transaction.
  8. In case of replacement request, the replaced item will be subsequently dispatched from our warehouse and you will receive the same within 5-6 business days of shipping the replacement.

Note:

  1. You can cancel any service order before the service visit by our authorized personnel
  2. The return request for any product needs to be placed within 15 days from the date of order
  3. In case of refund/replace you need to return the original material and the reverse pick up by our shipping partner will happen within a maximum of 3 working days of approving the request from the helpline’s end.
  4. Any dispute shall be governed by Indian Laws and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai.
